Lab Press is a Single Stroke, Power assisted tabletting machine. It can produce tablets upto 12 mm diameter & an output of 40 tablets per minute. The filling depth is variable upto 14mm.
The machine is built to Kevin’s high engineering standards & the design features which ensure continuous & satisfactory operation under the most rigorous working conditions. The general lines & finish of the machine make cleaning a simple matter. The machine has a rigid cast iron single piece body. The machine is furnished with a high efficiency worm gear drive, which is totally enclosed & works in an oil bath. An automatic & adjustable pressure release offers positive protection against the use of excessive machine pressure. The overload pressure release is adapted to the lower punch. The machine has an easily removable stainless steel hopper with lid & shut off slide & an adjustable tablet collection tray.
