Job Title : Asst Manager / Manager – Sales
Job Purpose Statement
- Responsible for Business Development for all Kevin Products in Domestic regions. The job involves meeting business development targets
Job Accountabilities
- To consistently meet business development targets for Kevin Products ensuring adequate order flow from the assigned territory.
- Meet monthly Booking and Sales Targets.
- Ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction.
- Timely Order Processing.
- Timely Submission of Monthly Data.
- Provide training and motivation to the team members.
- Generate New Client in assigned territory.
- Generate Competitor Analysis Report.
Job Title : Sr. Engineer Customer Support
Job Purpose Statement
- Responsible for all Domestic and International customer support and is accountability for support service delivery, promoting to continuous improvement in productivity, service quality and overall customer satisfaction for Kevin’s Customer Services.
Job Accountabilities
- Preparing of service visit schedule and its complete action plans.
- Immdidate action plan and it’s closer after completion of visit (Paid visit/FOC visit).
- Maintain customer-service standards.
- Evaluate and provide information for existing product range improvements, new product trends in market.
- Resolving problems, identifying customer service trends, finding system improvements and implementing change.
- Ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction for the supplied products and its service.
- Ensures and monitors that activities are in place to pro-actively protect consistent service quality.
- To support completion of all the Sales function connected to Service functions.
- Maintain Track record on databases like WillGig.
Job Title : Sr. Engineer Design
Job Purpose Statement
- Responsible to make the design / new product development / changes / improvements in existing designs as per instruction by HOD. Timely release of manufacturing drawings as per the sales plan to ensure timely delivery.
Job Accountability
- New product development
- Preparation of machine GA and lay out diagrams ,conceptual layouts, assembly layouts & manufacturing drawings.
- If required, visit customer sites for taking dimensions & making appropriate layout drawings.
- Development of additional features & automation in machine.
- Continuous design improvement for existing product based on market information, and efficiency.
